Siobhan and Jo met whilst they were recruitment trainees for a top London Agency and became firm friends. They both went on to carve out successful careers within the industry until they decided to combine their knowledge, experience and enthusiasm by creating Hatty Blue.
Joanna Donelan
Jo studied English and French to degree level. After graduation she worked for Virgin Atlantic before launching her recruitment career in the support and secretarial field.
She has nine years experience driving New Business campaigns, building and nurturing loyal Client relationships across a wide variety of industry sectors and managing teams within several niche London agencies.
Jo is a qualified practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a trained Performance Coach. She holds industry specific qualifications from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and has post graduate qualifications in Communications, Advertising and Marketing.
Siobhan Reid
Siobhan graduated in Business with a major in Human Resources where she gained her CIPD Membership. She began her recruitment career running a busy secretarial temps desk for a high profile London media agency and then gained international experience in Sydney working for a fashion recruitment agency.
She went on to set up an in-house recruitment department for the leading global beer brand Budweiser, where she travelled the UK & Ireland running assessment centres and recruiting across the business spectrum from office administration to mid management level positions.
Siobhan then returned to agency side recruitment where she personally managed major accounts for leading international media and corporate organisations.
