We are really excited to announce a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior Talent Advisor to join a ground-breaking agency in London’s buzzy Southwark. With innovation at the heart of the company it is a fast-paced dynamic environment who really invest in their staff.
As an established agency they are constantly growing and are now looking for a Junior Talent Advisor to support the Talent Manager and become an integral part of this small team. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment administration including uploading CVs and candidate’s details to a central portal, sending confirmations, dealing with recruitment emails and enquiries and ensuring all starters and leavers paperwork is fully up to date. You will also take ownership of junior level roles such as Account Exec positions and screen CVs, book interviews and take full briefs from hiring managers. You will be confident resourcing candidates on LinkedIn and job boards and be able to manage a busy workload. You will manage the full process for junior roles with assistance and be an integral support to the Talent Manager working closely together in delivering outstanding new talent to the business.
You are an excellent communicator, building rapport naturally at all levels and have a strong writing style. It is imperative you have some recruitment experience, weather that be as a Consultant or from an internal recruitment post. You will be familiar with how the recruitment process works and have a genuine enthusiasm to work in a creative recruitment role. Ideally you will have used LinkedIn recruiter and be confident diving straight in! With great attention to detail your flexible and adaptable approach will complement the fast-paced nature of the business. This is currently a 3 month contract with a potential opportunity to become permanent. You must be available ASAP.
