Reception & Facilities Coordinator - Award Winning Live Events Agency

Our Client is a leading live events and digital media agency with award winning work and a fantastic creative culture and a fab social scene.

Based in trendy offices in Soho this is a dynamic front of house role. You will be the face of the agency providing first class service to staff and clients alike. As the ambassador of the company you will represent the brand with drive and energy at all times. You will deliver a professional front of house service for the London office and work harmoniously with the other offices. You will coordinate building maintenance, manage a busy schedule of meeting rooms, organise catering, book travel arrangements, arrange couriers and coordinate internal events.

You are self-reliant and proactive with at least three years office management experience in a media environment. You'll be naturally welcoming and have high standards of presentation and detail. You'll have good all-round office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be the kind of person who loves to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
