Supporting the team your role is to offer comprehensive Client Coordination Assistance to the team including monitoring press coverage, social media monitoring (Twitter), writing press summaries, sending press releases, creating team creds in PowerPoint, coordinating entertainment and event programmes and ad hoc research.
You are an intelligent, graduate caliber assistant with fabulous English and a strong writing style. You have 18 months+ experience in an administrative capacity working for a digital, financial PR or corporate media business and have a real creative flair to include advanced PowerPoint. You are charming, sophisticated and articulate as this role offers a myriad client/press contact. Some early mornings and late nights are required to fit in with Client requests.
