We are seeking a Customer Relations and Membership Manager. Reporting directly to the Operations Director your role will be to directly manage up to 6 customer relations team members and manage their day to day activity including setting rotas, managing processes & reviews and employee development etc. You will ensure a seamless Customer Services Experience including reviewing all customer touch points, managing complaints etc and ensure the efficient on boarding of new members. You’ll liaise closely with the Marketing, Network Development, Fleet & Systems and Finance team.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a small team and a strong background in customer care and/or relationship management, preferably within a start - up. You’ll be interested in energy efficiency, low carbon transport, Community Engagement and Social Entrepreneurship.
You’re a strong organiser with a strong record of successful self-management, strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.
