This role is an Executive Assistant position with office management duties thrown in. You’ll operate as gatekeeper, filtering meetings and information requests, respond to invitations and requests on behalf of the frenetically busy CEO. You will prepare talking points for meetings and presentations, produce content for presentations and liaise with external bodies including PR Week and PRCA to ensure knowledge is shared.
You’ll prepare reports, manage timesheets and expenses, manage travel plans, make bookings, create itineraries and generally undertake meeting preparation and organisation.
From an office management perspective you will oversee the daily operations of the London office, resolving any facilities issues and line manage junior facilities assistants. You will liaise with 3rd party suppliers to manage office supplies and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
You are an agency EA with preferably Brands/PR experience and preferably experience of office management. Opportunities exist to stay beyond the contract.
