Front of House – multinational financial services!

We are looking to recruit a receptionist to be based in the front of house team in Brighton.  The front of House team shares responsibility for allocating meeting rooms and organising & managing the meeting rooms diary, ordering & preparing rooms for lunches, daily check of meeting room equipment, maintaining the rooms in a tidy state throughout the day, reporting any issues to the facilities helpdesk and ad hoc projects. Crucial is delivering a 5* client service and greeting visitors in a superbly ambassadorial and sophisticated manner.  Our client wants someone who has worked in a corporate environment and has a natural flair for providing a top quality service in all aspects of the work they do.

You will have a background in reception and customer service with experience in MS Office.  You will have excellent time management with great communication skills, and possess the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.  You will be calm but motivated and flexible to the business’s needs.  You will have a confident manner alongside a helpful and courteous personality and an innate ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.  You will be passionate about delivering a high end service and strive for continuous improvement and change.

You must possess a basic valid DBS check.
