We are looking for graduate caliber individuals with a proven track record in FMCG businesses and/or The Car sharing industry to jump on board at this exciting time of their development to support them on the administration front. Working as part of the team to manage and maintain their impressive customer base, you will offer proactive retention including analyzing data.
In short you will deliver a fantastic administrative experience; picking up bespoken software swiftly.
You will have 12 months experience within a similar role with the ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You’ll have experience of working to KPIs and the confidence to use experience and data in deciding what a customer is worth and what is required to keep them. It goes without saying you’ll have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build instant customer rapport ,a willingness to help people, a strong work ethic, good MS Office skills and be available immediately.
