We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Lynchpin to organise and consolidate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness in this fast moving and growing business! Working independently but reporting into the Operations Director you will undertake general admin like taking meeting notes, creating and managing filing systems and managing the office diary etc. You’ll book travel and accommodation for the team, chase invoices and liaise with the accounts team and external suppliers. You’ll get incolved in the HR process, including recruitment and training of new staff and crucially ensuring the office is working in harmony – managing the social scene in the office, buying plants, ordering in the pizza etc!
