Office Manager - Start Up Eco Car Co!

Our Client is a dynamic and innovative European start up specialising in mobility and fleet solutions for corporate clients and consumers. The culture is fun, disruptive, fast moving and not for the faint hearted! Due to unprecedented growth, the company is now taking major strides in revolutionising the way people move and are recruiting heavily across all areas of the business!

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with Facilities experience and 2 years OM experience to organise and consolidate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness in this fast moving and growing business!  Working independently but reporting into the Operations Director you will undertake general admin like taking  meeting notes, creating and managing filing systems and managing the office diary etc.  You’ll book travel and accommodation for the team, chase invoices and liaise with the accounts team and external suppliers.  You will offer finance assistance too- we need someone to support our Management Accountant  with experience of Yooz or Xero (desirable). You’ll get involved in the HR process, including recruitment and training of new staff and crucially ensuring the office is working in harmony – managing the social scene in the office, buying plants, ordering in the pizza etc! You will have experience managing un serviced offices, with an initial focus on setting up the new office - such as infrastructure suppliers (telephones/ broadband), office furniture and on-going amenities. You must be proactive and highly organised, this is a new role and one we expect to be busy straight away. We need someone who can hit the ground running.
