Our client is a global digital agency based in the heart of the West end in their brand new Soho offices. Part of the team, you will support the office ensuring it is running smoothly and efficiently at all times.
This role is offering a huge amount of variety with the opportunity to be involved in facilities, admin and hospitality. We are looking for a real ‘yes person’ with bags of common sense to conquer all tasks. You will be in charge of maintaining the building, making sure it remains presentable at all times. You will also work along the mail room team sorting and distributing post for the building. This is a hands-on job so you will be prepared for some heavy lifting when needed.
You will have 6+ months experience in customer service. Assisting multiple teams you will have excellent communication. You will be on hand to aid with any technical issues so good IT skills are a must. You will thrive under pressure and have to ability to deal with a fluctuating workload and tight deadlines.
