Team Coordinator – Global Media Co! Temp – Perm, March 2019 start

Our client is a lively, upbeat, global media research firm based in stunning offices on the river in central London. The culture is vibrant and inspiring; the pace hectic and the people come from all walks of life – it makes for a really interesting working environment.

As a member of the UK Support Team your role will be to proactively and resourcefully project manage and administer client activity across a wide range of projects and disciplines. You will coordinate communication with clients, arrange and coordinate workshops, arrange complex travel arrangements including visa applications, hotels, taxis, flights and currency, anticipate the team’s needs well in advance, offer support with the arrangement of project kick offs and review meetings and liaise with the finance team on billing, supplier invoice approval and expense claims reporting.

You are a confident, positive, “do-er” with good MS Office skills including Intermediate Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
