Reporting directly to the CEO, this role sits within the Executive Office which oversees all elements of the company’s operations and core areas of business to include regulatory, legal and political matters, strategic planning and broadcasting rights.
Your role is to provide articulate, efficient and meticulous support to the frenetically busy CEO and Board. As a true Executive Assistant, you’ll manage complex and ever changing diaries, international travel, prepare briefing papers, act as gatekeeper with diplomacy and tact and assist with the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations and other documents. You will support the Board in the production of agendas and accompanying papers for regular Shareholders ‘ meetings.
You will be an Executive Assistant at the top of your game looking for a challenge in a fast paced Corporate. You’ll have several years’ experience ideally at Board level with advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint (these will be tested as part of the interview process). You’ll be a meticulous organiser, proactive in everything you think and do with superb attention to detail. Your interpersonal skills will be second to none with a resilient, calm manner.
Secretarial qualifications and/or a degree are preferable as is some experience of the Sports Industry.
This is an office based role in Central London and not a traditional 9-5 (evening and weekend support may be required at times).
