Based in beautiful offices in Green Park, this role provides comprehensive and proactive support to the Executive Director of the Climate division and the wider team.
You will act as the central point of contact for the Executive Director in their relationships with external and internal partners, undertake complex diary management, prepare briefings and presentations and assist with article writing, plan Events, arrange travel and work with a team of other PA’s across the business.
You’ll work with the rest of the administrative function to support the smooth running of the entire office and will undertake projects as required.
This role is hybrid, with regular trips to Zurich.
You’re an Executive Assistant with excellent team secretarial experience too in a corporate environment, preferably in Professional Services, Banking or Consulting. You’ll have an interest in working for a charity and excited to part of such a dynamic and feel good business.
