Front of House Ambassador

An awesome opportunity to work as Workplace Ambassador for a credit score company based in Victoria. The role will start as temporary but they would be happy to offer the position permanently to the right person. It’s 100% office-based working 08:00-17:00, Monday - Friday.

You will be the first thing people experience when visiting and will be responsible for facilitating a First-Class Customer Journey from entering the building to their whole experience during their visit. This role will suit a bubbly people person with a drive to leave that ever-lasting impression.

Your role will include responsibility and ownership of thinking outside of the box, giving a WOW welcome, setting up meeting rooms, proactive floor walks, maintaining a neat appearance in the reception area, meeting rooms and other common areas, as well as ensuring all telephones are managed in a polite and friendly manner and helping out with events where you’ll be working closely with the Events Coordinator.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be proactive, have an abundance of energy, be forward thinking, presentable and happy to roll up your sleeves.  You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multi-task, have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. They’re looking for someone with experience within a similar role and ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced environment.
