HR Manager for a Niche Tech Company!

Our client designs, funds, builds and operates digital infrastructure and technology systems for high-density venues such as stadiums and industrial sites.  Based in niche, stylish studios in Vauxhall, this is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to take on a stand-alone role and be involved in all aspects of a growing company.  They are looking for someone with a good understanding of recruitment, induction, development and culture. 


Responsibilities include recruitment and staffing, developing the company’s vision and culture along with identifying, designing and implementing training and development programmes.  You will also be responsible for employee engagement and retention, performance management and compensation and benefits.  You will be required to develop HR policies and procedures, handle all aspects of employee relations, be up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, handle all HR admin task, be responsible for Health and Safety and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.


To be considered for this role you will be degree-educated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in HR in a generalist capacity, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.  You will be able to work at a fast pace in an ever changing environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self- motivated and able to work independently.
