PA/Admin Assistant – Football Charity!

This is a fabulous opportunity for an accomplished PA/Administrative assistant with some exposure to charitable endeavours to join one of the world’s largest sports charities. This is an independent charity delivering high quality & ambitious projects and responsible for inspirational sporting, social, health & education charitable works nationally through community venues and schools.

The team is small ( around 16 people) and you are part of the central operations team and in doing so providing essential administrative support. Your main responsibilities are to organise travel, accommodation and meetings, provide PA support to the General Managers, process invoices and expenses, manage mailboxes and calendars and coordinate team events. Crucially, you’ll support with grant administration  including managing the database for the online portal, assisting in creating and administering letters, documents and emails using Mailmerge, DocuSign and other processes.

You will be a strong 2nd/3rd jobber with very strong administrative experience and the ability to provide high quality service under pressure and at pace to a national organisation/charity. You’ll have fabulous attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and possess exceptionally strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Preference is for candidates who have experience of using or supporting a grant management system or CRM with  good numeracy, financial management and budgeting experience within a charity or national organisation.
