Recruitment Coordinator Boutique Support & Secretarial Recruitment Consultancy 100% home-based

We are a boutique Support and Secretarial Recruitment Consultancy focused predominantly on the Media, Brands and Luxury Goods sectors. We launched the business almost 16 years ago and are thrilled to be supplying outstanding temporary and permanent staff to London's most high profile and sought after companies. We are looking to expand our team. 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator.  The role will involve supporting the Permanent recruitment team in all aspects of administration to include coordinating interviews internally and with our clients, writing advertisements and launching them on our job sites, giving and taking feedback in a professional manner and building upon our existing client base by initiating, developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. You will have responsibility for answering the office phone and fielding all calls, professionally and helpfully and crucially you will be comfortable with databases in keeping our administration up to date and compliant. You will run the testing process for our candidates. There are opportunities to grow and develop this role into a Recruitment position  and so the role will then involve pursuing new business opportunities. You will resource for and interview candidates and help to place them in suitable permanent roles. 

You are a hard-working, team playing, emotionally intelligent,  graduate calibre individual with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience and oodles of common sense. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong customer service work ethic and ideally some experience of fast paced retail or FMCG environments.  You are a natural writer, IT savvy with fantastic organisational and administrative ability. You will have the  ability to juggle several things at once without losing your cool!
