A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Generalist to join a Treasury and Risk Management Consultancy. . Based in the London office, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of operational projects and the smooth running of day-to-day business functions.
Location: London – Covent Garden (Full-time, office-based)
Reporting to: Head of Global Operations
This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a wide range of operational tasks—from project delivery and stakeholder coordination to office management and IT liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure that enables teams to work efficiently and effectively, both locally and globally.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. You should be comfortable juggling priorities, solving problems on the go, and working closely with internal departments and external partners. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with operational delivery and office management is highly desirable.
This is a full-time, office-based role with no hybrid option, located in the heart of Covent Garden.
