Siobhan Rourke began her career running a temp desk in Central London 25 years ago.

In 2008, Hatty Blue was formed – combining years of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm – and quickly established itself as an expert in the talent sourcing world.

18 years later and the team at Hatty Blue has proven its mettle in serving a huge range of clients in the Corporate, FM, Creative and FMCG sectors.  Siobhan and the team are highly skilled when it comes to sourcing and matching talent, building an impressive candidate and client base that continues to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the industry.

Our Team

Siobhan Rourke

Siobhan graduated in Business with a major in Human Resources where she gained her CIPD Membership. She began her career 25 years ago running a busy secretarial temps desk for a London media agency before gaining international experience in Sydney working for a fashion recruitment agency. She went on to set up an in-house recruitment department for Budweiser, where she ran assessment centres and recruiting across the business spectrum. Siobhan then returned to agency side recruitment where she managed major accounts for leading international media and corporate organisations.

Siobhan still very much prefers the hands-on approach, taking time out to meet every new client and ensure that they get the correct fit when it comes to temp or perm talent. Nurturing relationships and building pools of talent is what Siobhan loves and what makes her the lynch pin of Hatty Blue.

She spends her weekends spinning, chasing her children around the countryside and walking her labradoodle Bailey.

Carmen Axinte

Carmen studied Marketing at the University of Brighton. After graduating, she worked in a variety of front-of-house roles across central London before moving into a marketing role supporting the recruitment team at a Facilities Management company, and then joining Hatty Blue — so the journey made perfect sense. She heads up our temp team and has been with us for 4 years. She loves working with a wide mix of candidates and clients and really enjoys the fast-paced nature of the temp desk — especially a last-minute booking! Outside of work, she’s usually travelling, thrifting or cooking something new.

Annisha Brown

Annisha first connected with the Hatty Blue team as a candidate and enjoyed the experience so much that she decided to join the team herself. After starting her career as a receptionist in recruitment and spending several years in Facilities Management and Guest Services roles, she has now come full circle back into recruitment. With her bubbly personality and industry experience, Annisha is passionate about connecting the very best talent with our Facilities and Guest Services teams. Outside the office, Annisha loves cooking, watching documentaries, and most importantly, arranging flower bouquets — recently creating her biggest one yet with 300 roses.

Ciara Wooten

Ciara is in her first corporate role and has quickly become an integral part of our team, providing invaluable support across all areas of administration and day-to-day operations. Together, Carmen and Ciara make an amazing temp team, working seamlessly to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Ciara particularly enjoys all things compliance and uses her strong attention to detail to ensure every process is followed and organised. She loves getting to know both candidates and clients and genuinely enjoys building positive relationships with everyone she works with. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, Ciara takes pride in being a reliable and approachable support to the team. Outside of work Ciara enjoys socialising with friends and driving her new car!
