TEMP FAQS

Timesheets must be submitted by Friday. Our payroll team will set you up on the timesheet portal, where you can view and manage your assignments.

Your line manager at your assignment will review and approve your timesheets via the portal.

You will be paid weekly, one week in arrears, every Friday.

Payslips will be sent to you by our payroll department ahead of your payment each Friday.

You can view and request holiday pay through the timesheet portal or by contacting our payroll team at payroll@hattyblue.co.uk.

To opt out, please email our payroll team, and they will provide you with all the necessary information.

Please notify the temps team as soon as possible. If you start feeling unwell the night before your shift, let us know immediately so we can make appropriate arrangements.
